IVY STATION MIXED-USE TRANSIT-ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT

Ivy Station is a mixed-use transit-oriented development that provides a mix of retail, office, hotel and residential uses surrounding a large central open space conveniently served by light rail and bus transit. Ivy Station is located at the intersections of Venice, Washington and National Boulevards and is adjacent to the Metro Expo Line of Culver City. With the opening of the Metro Expo Line in June of 2012, interest in Culver City rapidly grew. As excitement about the area increased, Ivy Station was envisioned as 500,000 square feet of high quality space with a state-of-the-art office, apartments, boutique hotel, stores and restaurants within a landmark, destination-oriented environment.

Ivy Station offers the next-generation contemporary workspace featuring large, flexible floor plates ranging from 54,000 to 63,000 square feet, which include outdoor meeting areas and exterior decks of 5,000 to 12,000 square feet on every floor. The workspace is designed to provide natural ventilation through operable windows and large sectional doors, with full-height, floor-to-ceiling glazing that offers stunning city, mountain, and ocean views. The workspace is LEED certified for Neighborhood Development, with a Silver certification, and ample subterranean parking is available up to 4.5 spaces per 1,000 square feet. There is also bike parking throughout the workspace that offers efficient Metro access. The workspace is conveniently located with immediate access to the 10 Freeway, just minutes from Downtown LA and Santa Monica. Additionally, the workspace offers on-site retail, restaurant, and hotel services and amenities, as well as park programming and activities.
